3/13 The Red River Quilters are having a Teach A Kid To Quilt Workshop this Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Participants ages 8-18 will learn the basics of constructing a quilt. No experience is needed. Find more info here. The workshop will be held at Broadmoor United Methodist Church at 3715 Youree Drive in Shreveport.

3/14 Ready to shop ‘til you drop? The American Legion Post 14 presents a Spring Market from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This shopper’s delight has handcrafted art, homemade eats, and antique finds. Door prizes will also be given away hourly. The market is at 5315 S. Lakeshore Drive in Shreveport.

3/15 Eastwood Baptist Church at 2810 Highway 80 in Haughton is hosting a concert featuring singers and musicians from Broadmoor Baptist, Eastwood Baptist, and FBC Minden. This free event praising Jesus is for the whole family and starts at 6:00 PM.
