Founded in 2019, SPRING QUEST'S journey brought us in 2024 to sharing our mission through the airwaves with Miracle Radio (90.7 FM in Shreveport and 90.9 FM in Minden, LA) playing Godly, Christian music and messages that matter in our community and world today.
We believe that each and every person is uniquely created and specifically designed in the image of the one, true, living, and Almighty God, who loves us and values each one of us so much that He gave His one and only perfect and holy Son, Jesus Christ, as a sacrifice on Calvary's cross to pay the penalty we personally owe and deserve because of our sins against God. (Romans 5:1-21)
Miracle Radio is a locally managed and operated radio station striving to promote what is good and positive in our community with messages that are true, encouraging, and informative. We play music that uplifts, inspires, and is selected to draw each of to a closer walk with God and our Savior, Jesus Christ.
We want to rejoice always and have our gentleness be evident to all as we praise the Lord, present prayers and petitions to God, and promote positive thinking on whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy.
When we do this, we know that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding can guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:4-9)

Amy Diviney
Marketing Consultant
Amy serves as an independent Marketing Consultant for Miracle Radio promoting its mission of sharing “music and messages that matter” in our community through a variety of outreach partnerships with local businesses, community sponsors, nonprofit groups, and donors to include marketing initiatives and the promotion of Miracle Radio on a variety of social media platforms and formats. With an upbeat attitude and a ministry-minded heart, Amy approaches her work with purpose, creativity, and a desire to serve well. She is passionate about using her role to point people to Jesus and encourage the community through meaningful, Christ-centered communication. She believes in doing her work with excellence and is thankful for every opportunity to support the mission of the station.
Mike Duncan
Program Manager & Traffic Manager
Mike Duncan was born in Marshall, TX and began his radio career at 16 as a board operator at KCUL. During his 20 years at KCUL, Mike went from a board operator, to an on-air personality, to the morning man. He did the morning show for over 15 years. In his 20's, Mike had a weekend show at the Radio Ranch, AM 1130 KWKH, as well as working at KCUL. In the early 2000s, Mike took a departure from radio and went to work selling PODS in St. Petersburg, FL - but radio was already in his blood and he returned to the radio as quickly as he could. He came to Miracle Radio in 2010, and he has found a home here. Mike currently serves as Miracle Radio's Program Director and Traffic Director. He is an essential and integral part of Miracle Radio providing a wealth of experience and knowledge to the station. In 2024 when Spring Quest acquired Miracle Radio and 14 years since starting with Miracle Radio, Mike still feels at home in this amazing Christian environment and couldn't imagine his life anywhere else.
Christy Wilson
Spring Quest Board of Directors - Secretary
Christy Wilson serves as Secretary for Spring Quest. A Bossier City native and Parkway High School graduate, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She has worked at House Family Dentistry in Haughton, Louisiana since 2005, where she is the lead hygienist.
Faith, family, and friends are at the center of Christy’s life. She is actively involved in her church in South Bossier alongside her husband, Ryan, and their daughter, Shelby. She strives to live out the principle found in Colossians 3:23: "Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people."
