Founded in 2019, SPRING QUEST'S journey brought us in 2024 to sharing our mission through the airwaves with Miracle Radio (90.7 FM in Shreveport and 90.9 FM in Minden, LA) playing Godly, Christian music and messages that matter in our community and world today.
We believe that each and every person is uniquely created and specifically designed in the image of the one, true, living, and Almighty God, who loves us and values each one of us so much that He gave His one and only perfect and holy Son, Jesus Christ, as a sacrifice on Calvary's cross to pay the penalty we personally owe and deserve because of our sins against God. (Romans 5:1-21)
Miracle Radio is a locally managed and operated radio station striving to promote what is good and positive in our community with messages that are true, encouraging, and informative. We play music that uplifts, inspires, and is selected to draw each of to a closer walk with God and our Savior, Jesus Christ.
We want to rejoice always and have our gentleness be evident to all as we praise the Lord, present prayers and petitions to God, and promote positive thinking on whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy.
When we do this, we know that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding can guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:4-9)

Ike is happy to be part of the team bringing Christian music and talk radio to our community.
Mike Duncan
Program Manager & Traffic Manager
Mike Duncan was born in Marshall, TX and began his radio career at 16 as a board operator at KCUL. During his 20 years at KCUL, Mike went from a board operator, to an on-air personality, to the morning man. He did the morning show for over 15 years. In his 20's, Mike had a weekend show at the Radio Ranch, AM 1130 KWKH, as well as working at KCUL. In the early 2000s, Mike took a departure from radio and went to work selling PODS in St. Petersburg, FL - but radio was already in his blood and he returned to the radio as quickly as he could. He came to Miracle Radio in 2010, and he has found a home here. Mike currently serves as Miracle Radio's Program Director and Traffic Director. He is an essential and integral part of Miracle Radio providing a wealth of experience and knowledge to the station. In 2024 when Spring Quest acquired Miracle Radio and 14 years since starting with Miracle Radio, Mike still feels at home in this amazing Christian environment and couldn't imagine his life anywhere else.
Shelby Lewis
Promotions Director
Shelby Lewis is a native of Shreveport, LA and graduated from Southwood High School. After high school, she attended Bossier Parish Community College where she met her husband. Shelby has an Associate Degree in Mass Communications and a certification in mass media. Working in various facets of mass media, she has over 10 years experience in radio, television, and film. She loves learning about people's stories, traveling, the outdoors, ministry, cooking, and any way she can be creative. She and her husband have two children and love being on the worship and media team at their local church. As Promotions Director for the ministry of Miracle Radio 90.7 FM, she also hosts FOCUS ON FAITH which promotes local nonprofits and churches in Northwest Louisiana. Shelby's favorite quote is "There are two important days in a person's life, the day you are born and the day you find out why." by Samuel Langhorne Clemens. Her favorite Scripture is Psalm 27:1 "The Lord is my light and my salvation - whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life - of whom shall I be afraid?"
Kathryn “Kat” Arnold
Community Ambassador/Radio Personality
Kat Arnold is an ordinary woman with an extraordinary God. She shares her story for God's glory. She is a wife, mother, and grandmother, but first, a Child of the King.
Kat travels the country sharing her testimony and love for Jesus Christ, her Lord and Savior, at churches, schools, camps, conventions, and banquets. Her unique testimony speaks to the hearts of men, women, and children as she transparently relates her personal experiences and God's work in her life.
In another unexpected ministry path as Kat fished professionally sponsored by many top-rated bass fishing industry companies from 2009 through 2016, she continued fishing for souls for Christ through the ministry Bought, Caught, and Released. Kat says that she was bought by the blood of Jesus, caught by the golden hook of salvation, and released to share the Good News of Jesus Christ. Kat says her ministries are examples of how God qualifies the unqualified - if we are willing and obedient to God's calling. When Kat stepped out of the boat in 2016, she brought her talents to broadcasting on Miracle Radio hosting "Bought, Caught, and Released," "Ark La Tex Talent and Testimony," and Kat Arnold's "Just Me" programs.
